Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered are covered regardless of condition.
How to start a return
- Email contact@onlybingo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm eligibility and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number together with the return address within two business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service. Include the RMA number inside the parcel.
Return shipping
- Change of mind (wrong size, no longer wanted): the buyer pays return shipping.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or refund in full.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want — this is usually faster than a swap.
Not eligible
Items returned after 30 days, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and orders marked as delivered but reported missing more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
