Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–18 days from dispatch. This is an estimated transit window based on our carriers’ service levels, not a guarantee. Weather, customs processing, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping within the United States is free. The price shown on the product page is the total you pay — there are no handling fees added at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Delayed or lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us at contact@onlybingo.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
