Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states). We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Estimated transit time depends on which warehouse fulfills the item — this is shown on each product page:

US warehouse items: 2–5 business days in transit (typically 3–7 business days total from order).
International warehouse items: 7–15 business days in transit (typically 8–18 business days total from order).

These are estimates provided by our carriers and fulfillment partner, not guarantees. Peak seasons and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to the United States is free — the price shown on the product page is the total you pay at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Split shipments

Orders containing items from multiple warehouses may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You are not charged extra for split shipments.

Delays and lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, email contact@onlybingo.shop with your order number — we investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
